What's the Ear Doing?

I find that like his mouth disappears in this frame. Why is his hand covering his mouth the whole time? Why did Roger Stone agree to be interviewed and say all these things, but then deny he said them? And why did they post the low res version? I think if you blindly trust him, then I got a bridge to sell you. But it could be legit. For all I know, I don't know, man. Maybe we're just making fun of Roger Stone for being ugly. Or do you think we got a dark future ahead of us where no name people you've never heard of can post these things that risk their reputation?"
