There's a lot more mystery around personality than there needs to be, says Ray. People think that you have to be an expert and take this convoluted tests which will reveal your personality. You don't have to try that hard to reveal your sonality if you ask yourself some basic questions. "What gets popularized about personality is completely different from what's scientifically valid," he adds.
