What Will Happen to China-Russia Relations if Russia Loses?

What will happen to China-Russia relations if Russia indeed loses? We assume that well, China will be in the driver's seat and Russia will have no option. And there are those indicators that we can look at to see whether this relationship has become more dominated by China but we don't know that yet. So what I will try to present to you is how China's attitude towards Russia has changed. It is not a 180-degree change. But my argument is that subtle but important changes have gradually but surely come to Beijing's policy towards Russia.
