Moses Funded the Triborough Bridge Authority

The triborough bridge is a collection of three bridges that links queens manhattan and the bronx. In 33, moses had developed an alternative method for generating revenues. The authority was an independent public benefit corporation which meant that it could actually sell its own bonds and raise cash. It would then apply for and get a huge loan from the public s administration. And then once the bridge opened, it would charge tolls to pay off the debt that it had incurred from the federal government.
