If you find yourself in living in a toxic place and breathing bad air and eating crappy food, you have to radically change your environment at that point. And so i think ultimately it is very common edrematically change their environment. We do see clinically relevant effects on blood sugars or sleep quality by just this couple of times a week touch with nature. Getting literally plugged back into that electrical current on the surface of the earth,. i think itis a great way to begin this journey back into natural ego systems.
