Stratford was a toxic waste land in some regards, it is still a toxic lightly thanks to borace johnson and robin wales. The former mayor of newam has got a lot to answer for with regard to what stratford looks like now. Critics have said it was really about pumping up property prices allowing for the developed development of luxury apartments. Is this a cynical take on things, or could there be some truth behind it?
