If someone is injured, where is the place that you say they should go to in terms of like, best principles or things that are backed up a by the studies out there? Yes, so it can fall back on the that adaptation zone that we're talking about at the start of the episode. So the goal with an injury is to try and find where that adaptation zone is and train within that adaptation zone to build it back up. But unfortunately, you can also underload it. You can underload it, you can overload it. It's very much like a guessing game and seeing how things go and logging things down.
