Success Metrics - Is That Really Important?

In a support team role, coming up with those success metrics is a little bit more challenging. Those KPIs need to be very closely related to what that person is actually doing in their job for you. Instead of starting at the end goal and saying X amount of things happen per week, I would say go back. Go two steps back to your job description for that role. It's super clear people can self-select for a role.
