The Cure to Proverty Is Human Capital
The cure to proverty is production. Production is the application of skills. Even in my previous book, the one on black culture and generational poverty, i gave example of how poverty is, in fact, a matter of skillset. Once you're able to improve your skill set, you not be poor because people are willing to pay you according to the value you wold bring to total utt. That's how wealth is actually distributed. In its more like rudimentary aspect, that'show wealth is distributed.
