Is There a Difference in CNS Activity of Second Generation Alkin Inhibitors?
The second generation alkin inhibitors are very active in CNS metastases and you know patient who presents with newly diagnosed brain nets that really does create a case for starting with the TKI. There rarely is a role for whole brain radiotherapy in particular in this context but comparing the different alkin inhibitors we do see increased increased CNS efficacy with lolatine compared to the other other inhibitors. So I'm going to ask you in a second Ben for a year view in terms of first line therapy, how much symptoms would it take Benjamin to get you to use radiation therapy or even surgery?
