The Dynamic Meditation
The dynamic meditation would be actively doing something with your body. It's like a meditative state that we can have while washing the dishes, you know. That was the soffy werling dance that i practised for several years weekly. I hear this from them a es having an out of the head experience. What i want to say is that, again, i believe what helped me, but also helps fives in general.
