The Power of Metaphors in Art

Some of these are not at all figurative i mean some are so ubiquitous it's hard even to think about them. To our it's almost impossible to even recognize that we're using a metaphor unless someone you know picks it up and shakes it in front of your face for a few moments. It becomes very much baked into the language so that you don't realize what you're exactly saying um rightSo one thing that always surprised me is and this is apparently a common conceptual metaphor, which is states are locations. That also like one is in love sure absolutely right but now how do i think in uh go on in in love is a specific uh a very specific sort of type of love state
