Do Aerobic Training for Long Term COVID or POTS?

Most of the data there is going to support eight to 12,000 steps per day. Once you've got an aerobic base developed, these moderate level intervals at four to six minutes can be useful. A classic one I use is Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, do some aerobic training. Still do some weight training during those times in two, three days.
