Is There an Alien Base on the Moon?

The far side of the moon would be a good place for an alien base. It's close enough to earth that they could easily get back and forth, whether that's to study humans or whatever. And camouflage is a primitive form of stell technology that even we humons have had for thousands of years. If we're being visited by aliens, the idea of alien bases wouldn't be unreasonable.
