I have a lot of empathy for managers right now because I think that all the data show this and you talk to anyone, especially in HR these days. They are being asked to do way more work. So hybrid work is harder to manage. It's hard and we're tired and we don't want to sit and talk to someone about this stuff. We'd much rather have an hour to ourselves and go through email or whatever. And so I think we also have to acknowledge that this stuff is hard and it takes work and it takes intention.
