The Importance of Conscious Breathing
How we breathe mirrors how we're living our life. Every time something happens, our breath is matching what's happening and our breath is also our control center. When you really start to breathe into your body, you start to get this deeper connection. You can start to tap into your subconscious and you can also started to breathe into these areas where you've been holding. Sometimes you can breathe and people are laughing, people are crying, people see visions from when they're a child. That's what happened to me.
