How to Position Yourself as the Listing Agent of Choice
A lot of people who are thinking about selling a home are already frustrated with agents because they get paid too much for not doing enough work. As soon as they see you out doing the work, all of a sudden they're going to think, that's the kind of agent I want to work with. Too many agents say that open house was a dud. And they're only measuring it by the foot traffic. That's not a fair gauge in terms of positioning yourself as the listing agent of choice.
