How Did You Get Into Writing Satire?
Alex, not many former c i a officers write books after they leave the agency. And then among those who do write books, even fewer write satire. Can us explain how you got into writing satire? Is it something that was an interest of yours early in life? I find that satire can really highlight some interesting realities that we can't necessarily get to if we're trying to be very serious and funny.
