The Importance of Local Adaptation

I think you have to separate the local adaptation from the systemic strain and so it's all about sustainability. You know, athletes or subjects can be pushed through pretty much for four weeks. But that's not what athletes do you know so how many how many workouts will an elite or a high performance athlete do hundreds in a year. Even an age group is going to do a hundred and fifty training sessions training three days a week.
