The Convenience Factor

Facebook is the least unique, least special experience you can have in a community. Slack feels like work. Facebook feels like chaos. But i'm attracted to creating an environment that's more unique. Now you needto have a destination appeal to pull it off. And it's harder, and it will affect the level of engagement. People who engage go deeper if you have a destination level offer. So f you're doing something small and light, then maybe you deaffently need to be in an easy, convenient spot. But if you're doingsomething a people are investing a lot of money and have made a big commitment to perhaps you can make it more of a de nation when theyre
