Is There Hope for You Yet, Russell?
The S&P was banging around the bottom, putting a little bit of a double bottom here. The last time we saw this index test that downtrend line and get above its 200 day was on that November CPI reading. I think some of these kind of higher valuation names have gotten cream last year. You're seeing some massive outperformance early this year that probably continues to go until we see either a hot CPI report tomorrow or earnings.
