What Is Cooley Culture?
Cooley was one of the first firms to put more than one partner on the cup in an IPO. Cooley is known for representing disruptors, but we also pride ourselves on being disruptors. We don't have what's called the origination credit, which is like the partner who brings in the business gets all the credit. And so we work together and we make sure the competition drives collaboration.
