The whole point of the game is to retire and, and, and time it correctly so that when you retire, you have the funds necessary to buy a mansion. And those mansions are worth victory points at the end of the game. So, and almost every round, you're going to roll a die and see if your family member retires. You never know when somebody's going to be forced out of the company.
