The Advantages of Sous Vide Chicken Breasts

The minimum temperature you want to get chicken up to is like 165 if you're and so another advantage of sous vide I'll note is that you can sometimes get away with cooking things at a slightly lower temperature than you otherwise would because the way pasteurization works is as temperature gets higher and higher and higher it kills bacteria at an increasingly high rate. You wind up with a lot juicier meat really really great texture It's a very time efficient way to cook it's set it in forget it much the same way crock pot or a slow cooker would be.
