Is There a Difference Between Hybrid and Remote Work?

There's a lot more alignment between what is going on in people and why they want to do a good job than most people realize. People also noted that they really wanted to help take extra time to make sure that their team members met their goals as well as helping the organization itself meet its goals. But I feel like the flip side of this personal desire to do work well is that employees want some autonomy to figure out the way that they should work which makes them efficient and effective.
