The Importance of Over
Over is the opposite of under or over can also mean at a higher level. The last word is you and you is a pronoun and it's the person to whom you are likely speaking. I want the whole bottle of milk, not just some of it. Imagine someone walking all over you: It probably would be a very uncomfortable feeling.
