Only 20% of travelers internationally hold a loyalty card. And so if you lead your lead message is talking about loyalty, you may not be catering for potential loyalty members in the future. So that's why we decided to create a team and a role that unfortunately I hold that encompasses both. The booking platform, loyalty and then what we call customer engagement, which is the ongoing relationship with customers through what we call CRM.
