The innervator's dilemma is that everyone wants to either disrupt some one else, or they're weary of being disrupted. Steve Jobs says successful companies don't fail because they do things wrong; they fail because they doing everything right. The problem with the dilemmas is it's so insipid: Right thing to do looks like the wrong thing, and the wrong thing to do look like the right thing.
