The Problem With Freud
If Becker lived longer he would have come to the realization that his existential, highly intellectualized existential disposal of Freud is not adequate. But also sexuality and bonding with each other, the human bonds. Those three kind of create a sort of a triune psychology, if you want to say it that way. We tend to pull on each other for how they symbolize when trying to understand what we're thinking about.
