How to Build Community in a Startup or a Marketer

We start the breakfast with 30 minutes of just really unstructured, you get to chat with the person next t you. Then as soon as 20 minutes come round, we take orders, and then we start a structured topic. And so we're sitting round, u know, a long table, 12 people in it, ande have one topic of discussion.
