Phoenix Jones is a superhero who patrols the streets of Seattle. He started out as an ex-Mosey and stupid, but soon embraced his comic book persona. Phoenix was paid $8,000 to patrol the city for three hours every week. But he couldn't take it out because there's a limit on how much cash he can withdraw in a day.
