I wanted the book to do what you identified earlier about, you know, pointing up that the toll that takes on humans. There is a laugh for page easy and then there are also pages where it's an absolute hammer blow or a page that makes you just despair for the state of the health service but it is in the main humour. I've been much more permeable with the book because I'm much more honest in the book because that's just, it's literally my diaries.
