What's the First Meeting Like?
The sales lab is a group of cross functional partners from all over the company. Participants came from sales ops, sales, enablement, product marketing and solution consulting. People were able to vote on five things, and there was a list of, aybe 20. We then scored those, tallied em up and said, ok, just based on the voting,. This is what the implied priority list is. Let's not just run off that. Lets sanity check it and say, as group, dis right? Or do i sound crazy?
