The reason you want to be very sure of your case before you file a charging document is because you can no longer use the grand jury and certain investigative tools Once you charge someone of course you can keep interviewing people You know client could have come in for a profit but if they wanted to issue subpoenas for documents and take certain investigative steps in um the cloak of anonymity that all goes away when a case is publicly in court. And so there's that's why we talk about being sure ofyour case Really honestly We are investigating cases until like closing arguments because you can never know everything but you need to be almost all the way there.
