Breathing in Through the Stomach

Make sure that you are breathing in through the stomach area. If your shoulders are moving up and down in a fast way, you are Breathing in a hyper ventilated state. We can do a long, deep breath together where we inhale to the count of fivea make sure or stomach is slightly rising as you count internally. Then you hold the breath for a count of two at peak of the inhale and relax out gently to theCount of seven. Make sure you breathe out of your lungs slowly and gently, like a slowly deflating balloon.
