Building a Center of Excellence for AI and Machine Learning

When I say bottoms-up, I really mean that you engage in a lot of individual discussions with team members about where AI or machine learning might be able to drive value. So we're talking about building our initial technical team, some level of center of excellence,. Then we distribute out, hey, everybody, and we've seen this happen a bajillion times. It's sort of spidering out at that base level and figuring out where the value is. Is this all part of what you would define as bottoms up? Exactly.
