The Rise of Teens Sexing

In 2008, the teen magazine Cosmo girl paired with the national campaign to prevent teen and unplanned pregnancy to study the recent rise in sexting. They found that one fifth of American teens had electronically sent or posted online nude or semi nude pictures or videos of themselves. And so this along with other studies at the time trigger this sort of like sexting panic among parents and educators. It's interesting because the teens who sex it are usually viewed by concerned parents, either as victims requiring protection or as criminals, deserving prosecution. But then you can't do the fun thing that everybody is doing. The culture is so sex obsessed.
