Right to be forgotten can include remove all public references to say something that I did. Usually this is where it's used or allegations against criminal offenses. In India the jurisprudence hasn't developed yet, says Alok Prasana Kumar. We need one definitive case which says how to balance the right to be forgotten with the right to freedom of speech and expression, he adds.
