As i'm falling asleep, i like to be warm. But as i drift into sleep, i get hot. And i just want to be able to maintain that temperature. So when i started sleeping on the eighth sleep a temperature controlled mattress. It's like, you can really control your sleep with that. A friend of mine who's i's much more of a sleep expert i am doctor gregg potter. He andande the there's a lot of so uno cor body temperature should fall as you fall asleep. That's part o normal physiology. If you don't have that, you're not going to get the same initiation of sleep.
