In 19 15, the life expectancy for white americans was 55 point one. In 19 18 it was only 38 point nine years. There's no evidence that access to health care changed the death rate. However, i understand some black pastores offered sermons that used the 19 18 outbreak as a way to argue for social justice and social change.
