How Meditation and Mindfulness Can Help You Develop a Purpose Statement

When I first started meditation and mindfulness, I don't start directly with mindfulness and with meditation, I started more through yoga. So I noticed that difference how I could walk through the day when I have my daily practices. And since I noticed that it was something I was basically so we could call it on the hook so I didn't lose. It's another easy thing actually right coming up with one statement which triggers somehow where you can pull out energy or identify yourself. If these ingredients come together, I can do a really good job. It's pretty dope.
