I find it hopefully, you know, the challenge for me was to be more honest. I can frame the whole of my spiritual life in terms of if you're deaf to be honest and bring those two things together. So integration is funny isn't exactly what it really doesn't appeal to me. It's like, honesty, purity, even like purity. I can resonate with it. This fear of a dark within is the story of the colour.
