i think we can safely say we're now in the post pandemic world. We are coming back to at least what we remember as being normal, but it's arguably changed forever. It's not good enough any more to just sort of grab attention for five minutes while you get somebody into the top ten best practices post. No, you've got to grab their attention and hold their attention so that they want to subscribe to you. Because it's just increasingly more difficult to get attention from consumers these days.
