Hawaii's Emergency Alert System Didn't Deploy Before the Wildfires
Maui Gov. Neil Abercrombie says he called for an investigation into why the emergency alert system didn't go off ahead of the wildfires. He said infrastructure was destroyed at such a great pace that we couldn't have any communications up whatsoever. "There will be change probably as the world sees what happened to one Hawaii community"
