Adjuvants

The most important thing that we do is we talk to the patient and get them involved in their decision. If you're a faculty member or an attending in practice, make sure you're running by your pharmacy committee before taking any new new new attempts with it. But certainly it is some worth talking about. So lots of great adjuvants that can be but they should distinguish between what we just were talking about - which are adjuvants added to the spinal dose versus those given IV.
