TRT and TRT for Health Benefits?

On the training side of things, I think it's pretty similar. The reason I say probably is I don't think there's a ton of research on that. As long as there's some flexibility built in there, if TRT has a positive effect on how much training you can handle or how quickly you adapt to it, those built in methods for like flexibly altering your training program should just take care of it.
