I offer instructions and the listing images on how to use it. And I also like to create a video on how to used it if I feel like that would make it a more it would answer questions before they're asked. Also, what I do is I create a listing image that says instructional video link included in the item description. It's kind of also nice because it's like a see it before you buy it way of selling it. YouTube is actually a great source of traffic for me. Now I sell a lot of my spreadsheets now be primarily because of YouTube and it's been agreat source of traffic.
