The Effect of Integration Work on Depression
During the three to six month period afterwards, I call it an afterglow. You can feel that maybe the clouds are coming back together. The weight is growing heavier again. There's a lot more emphasis now on what they call integration work. We're also looking to connect trial participants like ourselves with each other.
