The Importance of a Clear Plan for Taiwan's Future

Taiwan should have a plan in place for what it does when relations are broken. Even now, just after the breaking of ties with Honduras, Honduran students in Taiwan are still in limbo. I think oftentimes they're just caught between the two governments and feel like they don't have a lot of agency. There's increased awareness among international students from countries that are in this situation.
