When I wrote pivot and when I would speak to companies, I was always not hiding but keeping a big part of myself behind the scenes. My friend Laura Garnett walked me through her zone of genius exercise. And she came up with this idea that I was an idea architect or a freedom architect who loved helping others by creating structures for things they struggled with. It is truly my passion. So as I thought about why am I so obsessed with systems and tools and tech? It's because when they're applied well, it creates free time.
